3.报告书写规范

（1）超声描述

用规范化术语描述卵巢及附件区病变的超声图像 ，描述卵巢及附件区病变的大小（长 径、宽径及厚径） ，描述病变的类型（囊性或实性、单房或多房、外缘及内壁、分隔、是 否有乳头或结节样突起、实性成分的回声等） 、病变与子宫及周围脏器的关系 ，血流分布 等。

（2）超声提示

应包含病变位置、病变类型（囊性、实性或囊实性） ，可能的诊断提示以及相关建 议。
